LET'S TALK ABOUT HYMN - Proph. Adekannbi Olateju

1. Can we meet you ma?

Res: Thank you once again. I am Proph. Adekannbi Olateju, a Daughter of The Most High, and privileged to be the Founder of White Swords ministries.

2. How do you find it when God told you to start a Church as a female?

Res: Well, I must say that I am a "Yes sir" person with God, I obey Him with Fear, and I believe that is what it means to call Him my LORD. So, I just went on with the conviction in my heart, that "if He has called me truly, that means he knows that He can do it through me".

3. What brought about "White Sword Ministry" ma?

Res: Simply the words of The Holy Spirit.

4. When was the church founded?

Res: White Swords online started on the 10th of June,2019. The church Proper started August 1st, 2020.

5. Can you share us your salvation experience ma?

Res: I have been coming out for Altar calls all my life, and I was actually struggling to keep up with serving the Lord, which means I hadn't received the Holy ghost yet (I would say this is as a result of most of the men of God I came across earlier who didnt have the proper knowledge of Baptism of the Holy Ghost at the point of confession and acceptance of Jesus as Lord). But I must say, I truly got Born again at the point of my call, the vision I had immediately did something to me, I was on the floor all through, and I must say I rose up a "Dead Man".

6. What are the challenges you're facing as the church founder, that if you are a man, you won't face?

Res: I think I have to be a man, to know the advantage a man has over the woman in ministry. I must give Glory to God over this one, He has blessed me with a very understanding and God loving Husband and Understanding Kids, so the aspect of Family which could have been the Challenge is duly taken care of...Glory to God.

7. Are you married?

If yes, tell us how you met your man

Res: Yes I am.

We met many years ago when I went to the University for my Post UTME and that was it...the Lord took the wheel.

8. As a woman of God, have you always being in a corner that you always need God on an Express before?

Like you need Him to speak very fast and you're not receiving anything from Him?

Res: I really do not believe there is a time when God is silent about any situation. From experience, it is we, mankind that don't read between the Lines, and insensitive sometimes. For example, there are many things the Lord has spoken to me about, which I didn't really take note of, that when it all happened and it got to the point where I needed him badly, I just meditate, and I remembered how he has warned me earlier.

Let's just always take note of the slightest information God reveals, it might be what you need in 10 years time. That will be his word at that moment when it looks like He is silent.

9. What's the prophetic relevance of singing Hymns?

Res: We can never over emphasize the role of sounds and meaningful lyrics in drawing nearer to God. Hymns, well sang from the depth of our heart, can put us on strong pedestals into the realms of Glory, on Higher speed that you can't imagine. Getting to the most Holy Presence of God, is the most important thing in the prophetic ministry, which a good Hymn can do for you in no time.

10. Some people don't know the importance of HYMN singing, what do you have for them?

Res: And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,

speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord. (Ephesians 5:18-19)

The word of God says it all, singing Hymns is way to be filled with the Holy Ghost.

11. What are your testimonies of SINGING HYMNS?

Res: I remembered there was this particular day, I was singing a particular stanza of a hymn continuously, before I knew it, the whole atmosphere was saturated with God's presence, I was so filled and I had extremely deep Revelations that day. No testimony can beat a wonderful experience and an Awesome Revelation received in God's presence.

12. Why do you think people tends to forget SINGING HYMNS?

Res: I believe it comes from the Church, many new contemporary church do not really imbibe the use of hymn, unlike the Mother Churches, which many modern people do not attend too well again.

13. What do you think it's the way out?

Res: Rebirth of The Knowledge, through prayer and platforms like this one.

14. What do you have for us as a crew ma?

Res: Keep up the good work. Never neglect the place of prayer, as a crew, infact as a direction from the Holy Ghost, seek out retreat times. See and run with the Vision as one, God is taking you places, if you will do well to rebirth this lost Treasure of singing Hymns.
